Frame:

• Lifetime warranty for defects in materials or workmanship under normal residential use

Spring System:

• Lifetime warranty on sinuous spring construction

Cushions:

• Standard Foam & Trillium Blend: Lifetime warranty against flattening, splitting, or abnormal wear
• Down Wrapped: 1-year warranty
• Natural softening and comfort changes are expected and not considered defects

Fabric:

• 1-year warranty against seam failure or excessive pilling
• Fading, staining, and damage from misuse are not covered

Mechanisms (swivels, swivel gliders):

• 1-year warranty for mechanical failure under normal use

Not Covered:

• Pet damage or abuse
• Sun fading or harsh cleaning effects
• Normal aging and wear
• Commercial or non-residential use
