Return & Refund Policy

At The Couch Brothers, we sell new and liquidation home furnishings. This policy explains how returns and exchanges work for each type.

1. New Items

If your item is listed as NEW, you can request a 100% refund at the time of delivery if you are not satisfied with the item.

  • Excludes Custom Orders.

2. Liquidation Items

Some items we sell are liquidation or otherwise considered not brand new.

  • These items are Final Sale.
  • If an item is marked “Final Sale”, it is not returnable.

3. Damage & Condition

  • Damage during delivery: please refer to our Delivery Policy for more information.
  • Pre-existing damage: if a piece has a flaw before purchase, it will be shown in person or clearly stated on the listing. These items are sold as-is.

4. Custom / Special Orders

We do take custom orders on our new products through the manufacturers we work with. Because these items are ordered specifically for you, custom orders are not refundable.
