Delivery
At The Couch Brothers, we personally handle every delivery to ensure your furniture arrives safely and smoothly. All deliveries are scheduled through text for quick, easy communication, and we provide a 1-hour delivery window with updates if anything changes. Every delivery includes bringing your furniture inside and setting it up in the room of your choice. Please refer to our Delivery Policy for more information.
Returns & Refunds
At The Couch Brothers, we sell new and liquidation home furnishings. New items may be returned for a 100% refund at the time of delivery if you are not satisfied with your order. Liquidation items are final sale, with any flaws noted prior to purchase or shown in person. Custom orders are non refundable. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for more information.
